Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Blueprint Genius Training. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms govern your relationship with Blueprint Genius Training and ensure that our services are delivered fairly, transparently, and in compliance with the law.

2. Course Registration and Payment

2.1 Course Booking

You can book any of our courses through our website, via email, by phone, or in person. We will confirm your booking through email once payment is received or a payment agreement is in place.

2.2 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling (GBP). If a credit account has not been pre-arranged, payment is due at the time of booking through credit card, debit card, Klarna, or BACS. We provide invoices for all bookings, and payments must include the invoice number as a reference.

2.3 Klarna Payments

We offer Klarna as a payment option for your convenience. By selecting Klarna, you agree to Klarna’s own Terms and Conditions, which include options such as “Pay Later,” “Pay Now,” and “Pay in 3” installments, subject to eligibility and approval by Klarna. Any late or missed payments with Klarna are the sole responsibility of the customer and may incur additional fees as specified by Klarna.

2.4 Credit Accounts

If payment is arranged via a credit account, the full balance must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in cancellation of the course, withholding of certifications, and suspension of any future services.

2.5 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate of 4% above the base rate of Barclays Bank and will accrue from the due date until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to recover additional costs associated with collecting overdue payments.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

3.1 Cancellation by You

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will qualify for a full refund.

If you wish to transfer to another course, this request must be made at least 7 days prior to the original course start date. Transfers are subject to availability, and the new course date must be within 12 months of the original booking.

3.3 Cancellation by Us

Blueprint Genius Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient demand, unavailability of instructors, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be given the option of a full refund or transfer to a different course date. No further liability will be accepted for additional costs.

4. Course Attendance and Learner Responsibilities

4.1 Attendance
It is your responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions as required. Failure to attend any part of the course may result in forfeiture of the course fee, and in some cases, you may be disqualified from completing the course.

All learners are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during courses and assessments. Misconduct or violation of health and safety policies may result in expulsion without a refund.

5. Assessment, Certification, and Progression

5.1 Assessments

Assessments for qualifications are conducted following the guidelines established by the awarding body (e.g., NOCN or CITB). All assessments must be completed as per the course requirements.

5.2 Certification

Upon successful completion of the course and associated assessments, learners will be awarded certification in compliance with the awarding body's standards. Certificates will be issued only once all fees are fully paid.

5.3 Certification Appeals

If you wish to appeal an assessment result, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the result. Appeals will be reviewed by an independent assessor, and a final decision will be communicated within 30 days.
