How We Handle Complaints
All complaints are handled with confidentiality, fairness, and impartiality. Upon receiving your feedback or complaint, our dedicated complaints team will:
Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 working days.
Review and investigate the matter thoroughly and impartially.
Respond with a proposed resolution or next steps within 7 working days.
In cases where further investigation is required, we will keep you informed of the progress and provide a final response within 14 working days. We aim to resolve all complaints in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the process.
Whistleblower Protection and Reporting System
